Hook-A-Hero is a 100% non-profit 501(c)(3) ran solely by volunteer first responders and civilians. Hook’s purpose is to provide confidential mental health services and a peer support network to those who SERVE and PROTECT.

Dealing with the demands and stress of a first responder profession can often feel like an isolating task and too often our Hero’s feel they must face the challenge alone.  Hook has partnered with carefully vetted Counselors who provide a range therapy, counseling and coaching services, specifically for First Responders and Military personnel.  Additionally, Hook facilitates various outdoor activities to promote engaging opportunities for these Heros. With Hook’s assistance and anonymity, these Heros can find a sense of belonging in the journey toward RECOVERY and the REDISCOVERY of the purpose and passion in their lives.
