Andrea Hartman

Andrea started her Information Technology career after returning home from the University of Mississippi. She has been with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Information Services Division since 2007 and will complete her Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) certification in the spring of 2021. She is currently a member of Women in Technology International (WITI).

Andrea is the daughter of a U.S. Naval veteran, born on the Pensacola Navy Base.  With her father’s various assignments and moving frequently across the south and eastern coast, she grew a fondness for traveling at an early age.  Outside of her travel and technology passions, Andrea is very passionate about animals, the Tampa Bay Bucs!, our youth and the men & women who serve our communities and our Nation.

Andrea has served and/or is actively serving in various volunteer, coach and mentoring roles for local pet rescues, veteran and youth rec programs including Year Up Tampa Bay, 3DE/Junior Achievement, Metropolitan Ministries, Boys & Girls Club, Sheriff’s Youth Ranch.  She joined Hook in 2021 with a mission to expand the organization's reach to help service the men and women of our communities who sacrifice every day.
