Dustin Vaughn

Dustin was born and raised in Pensacola, FL, and moved to Tampa in 2002. In 2004, he relocated to Orlando to gain experience in corporate business. A few years later, Dustin married his wife, Sarah, in 2009. After several years in management roles, in 2010, Dustin and Sarah returned to the Tampa area where he started his financial practice with Northwestern Mutual. He is a second-generation Northwestern Mutual Financial Advisor and has always wanted to pursue a career in this practice area. His father Tom Vaughn, out of Pensacola, is still actively practicing for over 43 years.

Dustin and Sarah welcomed their first son, Pierson in 2013, and their second son, Henry in 2018. The entire family enjoys being on the water, especially surfing and sailing. Dustin also enjoys golf, soccer, and football, especially Liverpool FC and the New Orleans Saints. When he isn't cheering on one of his teams, you can find him spending time with family, attending local festivals and events, working to fight Pediatric Cancer with Alex's Lemonade Stand or supporting our First Responders with Hook-A-Hero.

Cooking and food are passions for the entire family, and Dustin is known to create great Cajun and Southern dishes for family and friends to enjoy!
